Munchy Monday's~2

Hello Blogging world:)

As I'm sure you have noticed it has been a few weeks since I have posted a Munchy Monday.  Not to fear though, because they are back!

This lunch consisted of me and my mom going to a French restraint downtown called the Can Can that I had been wanting to try a while.  Needless to say, it was one of those places where the build up to going there was much better then my experience there.  I have heard many people say wonderful things about this place so I was expecting a pretty high quality meal.  Instead I found that the food was rather over priced for the amount of food that we got and my hot chocolate wasn't very hot.

I got the cheese platter.  I kinda wish I would have realized that it came with meat though since I'm a vegetarian!

I didn't take any picture of my outfit though, sorry!!

Munchy Monday's~1

Today my mom gave me an idea of something to post on the blog.

She said that on Mondays we should go out to eat and then I can post on the blog.

I loved the idea since at the time we were already sitting at a table in a Greek café called Stella's.  One of the blogs that I follow, all-thoselittlethings actually does something very similar to this but with brunch on Sundays!

I got a feta and lemon Phylo...

My mom got the hummus and pasta dish with pitas

..and can we just take a min to talk about this picture right here?

This is (or now was haha) a chocolate baklava with salted caramel gelato on top. Hold the phone cause I am in dessert heaven right now!
