One of the things I love about fall time is all of the colors that come with it. What makes those colors even better is that fact that with a little nail polish your fingers can be fall-a-fied. However getting stuck on what to do to your nails can be though. Especially considering that in the fall when you type in nail ideas on Google images and YouTube the only things that seems to come up is either Halloween or some version of leaves. That is great except for the fact that must of us aren't Van Gogh and can't paint our nails like that. One or two fingers may look good but the rest...
So anyways here are some cute nail colors that can spice up your nails without all of the extra added effort. I know that sometimes nail colors end up looking different in the bottle then on so I have a picture of both for you.
My current all time favorite nail color is the one in the top picture. It's by Essie and the color is Penny Talk.
It looks really pretty on and only needs one coat. Another one of my favorite things to do for nails is paint one or two another like in the picture above. The color I have with it is Essie's color Go Overboard. It is one of there summer colors from a few summers ago but since it is dark it is a good color to transition into the fall and even into the winter.
The nail color on the left is Go Overboard from above and the color on the right is Material Girl also by Essie.
It's a nice dark purple color that is a must for sweater weather.
The next two colors are also both from Essie and both red but at the same time are actually very different. (Don't worry not all of the colors will be Essie colors!)
This is the first of the two and it is called Really Red which is funny cause it actually has pink undertones to it. Another thing about this color is it usually requires two coats or else it appears opaque. I definitely think that this is a more girly color then some of the other colors for the fall.
This out of the two reds I chose is most definitely my favorite. It is a very dark red and only one coat of it is needed. The name of this color is A-List and it is also by Essie.
For my first non-Essie color I picked a Sally Hansen color in the shade Luminous Tulips.
This color while appearing more pinkish in the pictures is actually a light purple color. The nice thing about this color is that it has a slight sparkle to it without seemingly overbearing. If you are looking for a girly look but don't want to go for hot pink, then this would be a good color for you.
And finally for the standard fall color of orange. I had two to pick from and lots of places to photograph them. so many that I couldn't decide which picture to use!
The bright orange Sally Hansen color in the shade Sun Kissed I picked up over the summer as a good neon color. I kind of figured that it would be one of those colors that I used during the summer but that was it.
Turns out I really like it for the fall. It matched the color of pumpkins and it looks great with the fall leaves on the tree in my backyard! Who knew?
My second orange color in the picture a few up, is actually a color I got really cheap at Five Below a long time ago. I had kind of forgotten about it until I started looking through my polishes and I really like how it turned out looking!
The color is You're A Nut and its by the brand Funky Fingers. One of the thing I like about it is that it isn't just your standard orange. Its got a metallic feel to it and it is perfect for this time of year.
The final two polishes I didn't take pictures of on nails.
The first of the two is a black sparkly color by Nabi in the shade New Black Glitter. I feel the need to point out how creative they were with the name. I really like this polish except for the fact that it is really thick so it takes a million years to dry. Well not really but you get the point.
The second color I don't use much because it is a striper so I never find much use for it. It is Aquarius by Art Club and it is a really pretty color for it you like extra details. Plus I figured it was a good color to add in since hunter green nail polished and metallic nail polishes are popular this season and it is a mix of both.
Thanks for reading and I Hope you Enjoyed:)
